A remote small group container for energy healing, release, and rebirth of the radiance within you.

For roughly 75 minutes you receive somatic (body) and energy based reading, guidance, clearing, and healing. You may receive specific messages or images.

As a group and as individuals you will receive support.

Fill out the Nebula intake form, and before our time together i will sit in meditation with you specifically in mind, listening and watching for any words, images or sensations that arise. This, along with what arises in the moment, will be part of what is transmitted in the container.

Remote energy work reduces the pull of the physical on the experience and makes room for a deep, subtle, and profound experience. You may notice it in the moment, or it may show up in the days or even weeks to come through a changed felt sense, pain reduction, experiences in dreams, people you met, creative or movement practices.

Enlivening the pelvis is a multifaceted approach to clearing tension, trauma, and emotion from the pelvis and invites connection, power, liveliness to this important center of our being. Enlivening the pelvis guides through detailed embodiment experiences, energy meditations, and creative practices in an environment that is supportive, playful, tender and deep.

Slow down and take a few hours to be guided into a holistic approach to the pelvis. In Part 1 of the five part series, we begin by connecting with the bony framework through experiential anatomy and movement prompts, as well as open curiosity as to how we relate to structure in our lives.

Tracy will offer her support as embodiment educator, artist, and energy healing practitioner. Created to serve humans born with a uterus within a small group container, participants will get feedback, support, and knowledge that is uniquely guided just for them.

While this workshop moves pelvis energy and opens us to connecting with its currents, it is not explicitly sexual and all practices will be done fully clothed. There are not a lot of touch practices, but if any arises, it will be approached with consent. 

Enlivening the Pelvis resources you to be with this potent part of your being, with the only goal being to facilitate a deeper and respectful relationship from you to your pelvis.

Casting the Circle and Embodying Intention —

An Online Creative Lab / Ritual w/ Tracy Broyles offered through Corporeal Writing

Everything has an energetic vibration, whether that is a feeling, a thought, or a longing, and these vibrations play through the body. By training our capacity to be curious about sensation, and to move with the currents of the present moment we become more available to the creative mystery that we live in tandem with.

To honor the beginning of a cycle, we support it with a container that we charge with energy.

In the first part of this workshop we will cast a literal and metaphorical circle around our presence, giving enough room and container to allow the intention for the year to find us. We will be the most generous host to the sensations in our body, following their voices and guidance gently, seeing what energies within are wanting to be heard.

In the second part we will choose our intention from what arose, and practice inhabiting it in a vibrational, embodied way. We explore in favor of gesture, posture, movement and sound. We will dial our frequency in the middle of our cast circle to anchor a repeatable movement medicine we can return to throughout the year.

This workshop utilizes guided somatic movement exploration, energy channeling, and journaling. No prior experience is required.
