MONDAY NIGHT PLAY
Monday Night Play is a creative experiment where a live sound score and verbal guidance facilitate dance, improvisation and community. Each month will have a theme, and each Play will end with a deep relaxing guided meditation.

Industrial NW, park on street and enter through a small lot to Building 5.
Our time begins with an inquiry of the monthly theme. As we move into a collective practice of improvisation, we give the themes room to bloom or die through a movement score with live music. We will finish with a deep relaxing meditation. It is a playful journey into curiosity and intuition, response and action, embodiment and deep tending.
