I give back to myself; pleasure

Pleasure in sensation 

Pleasure in my body

Pleasure in knowing i am here to enjoy-

To en-joy

To imbibe joy in each and every day

At every possible moment.

I give myself to the vibrations I desire to increase in my life.

I dissolve the internalized binds

That shame my good feeling, 

Shame my corporeal autonomy

Shame my delight in what is beautiful, sensual, and divine

In the largest out breath I can muster,

I briefly reflect on how fearful and gnarled someone's life currents must be to impose their tyrannical limits on my or anyone else’s choices. 

But quickly now, don’t stay here too long.

Since my attention is a powerful force I choose not to offer them too much. 

I stand up and I stand in

The declaration that pleasure is mine and each and every day

I re-dedicate myself to surrendering to its guidance. 

You cannot manufacture this kind of pleasure

It can not be bought or sold-

It does not numb, coerce or act violently.

It arises from where it has always been, inside my soul.

I claim and reclaim again my centers of head, heart and pelvis.

I dissolve and dissolve again the energetic oppression that acts like a sucker punch, trying to tamp me down and take my breath.

I breath and breath again, hands on my low belly, focusing right here until it is hot. I follow the river of yes into the places that feel free and expansive. Places that just feel gorgeous.

When you notice the sparkly current, pay attention! You may need to quiet some noise to hear it.

You are meant to live in this pleasure, it is the vibration that heals, It is the vibration that precedes and leads transformation. Take it to your action and rest. Now and now again.
