Regeneration

The pelvis is the center of regeneration. So no matter what has happened up until now, know you contain a powerhouse of consistent renewal, and through tapping into the sensation, movement, physical and energetic structures here you enliven this superpower. The superpower to create and recreate. To generate and regenerate.  Abundance lives here . Renewal is here. Authenticity and truth live here. And discernment lives here too. Our pelvis makes real decisions about what to release and what to absorb and nurture.

One reason people sometimes want to deny or ignore their pelvis is that what we create here is very tangible. Its expression asks to be directly birthed into the here and now of the world. As opposed to its reciprocal energy center, the intuitive mind, the pelvis is very NOW oriented. While the former brings us long range vision, the latter says- HEY right now, get out of here.. Or HEY right now tell that person you love them….. 
 

The more tangible your creation is the more it can feel risky to share it. We may fear it will be abused, ridiculed, or destroyed. We may fear the attention it could bring. When we connect with our creative pelvic power we are allowing something to come forth into the right here and right now, whether it is a child, a business, a piece of art, an emotion, a conversation- anything. We are taking the risk of bringing out what has lived within us into the world, releasing it, and allowing it to take on a life of its own.

But the superpower of the pelvis reminds us that the creations will keep coming. Energy never truly stops. Every day you are alive you get another chance to create your day and your life. As long as you are manifested in this physical form you will day by day, year by year generate and regenerate. The pelvis helps to create and let go, over and over and over again.
