To feel is strength
"Guiding them into heart practices this week, my clients share with me that they feel tentative, afraid to go there because of the grief that is alive.
Grief as a watery expressive vehicle
Grief as a cleansing
Grief as a nourishment
Grief as a guide post
Grief as compassion
Grief as timeless
Grief as expanse
Grief as unity
Now, place your hands on your chest and just breath.
How strong your heart is, how able to feel.
These things are not mutually exclusive, in fact they feed each other.
Inhaling feel your lungs hug the heart, and exhaling and feel the heart expand and widen.
The heart- the most organized electro-magnetic field in the body.
The blood- as it nourishes every single part of you.
Breath- follow it through.
Feel what you are feeling-
No more no less
Moving at the pace of the heart as you walk.
It is landing over each foot in real time.
We move forward at the pace of the heart.
Our guidance tethered behind."
