I melt back to my core...

I melt back to my core...

By core I mean the place in your consciousness, your energy that is the higher self, big self, large consciousness, the part that is rooted in divinity and in our real sense of connection and power, love, and honesty. (This is how Core Energetics defines Core.)

I melt back to my core...

When we have a wound; physically, emotionally, mentally the thing that happens is a staunching, an isolation. This is part of the healing process,.. but over time it may become a defense. An energetic defense we create around a wound. It is very easy for these wounds that live within us to get separated out form the core of our being, for their own healing in a way, but then we forget to invite and integrate them back into our center once the healing has happened.

Our pain is our life force, our life force that is frozen and held away.

How do we melt what has frozen away back to our core, how do we bring warmth to the areas that have be split off? We do it through attention, making room, and love.
.
In this energy healing and embodiment practice we do it through the imagery of water, because frozen water is still water. Splintered off life force is still the life force.....Water is always migrating back to the center. Water unifies.
