What the @%# is Energy?

I am not going to lie- I probably wrote and rewrote this newsletter about 12 times…

I think, talk about, tune in with, and work directly with energy all of the time, but coming up with a concise share about it stumped me.

I had out all these books, journals,  and quotes.. I was swinging wildly from cryptic speak to hyper scientific, till finally i thought-

Well yeah, of course this is hard- i mean, how does the fish describe water?

Because energy is everything. It moves through and with all things, it is the mystery, the animating force of life that is never born and never dies. It is what we are all an expression of, what we are made of.

Energy is unique and it is universal and it lives in our bones, our thoughts, and our actions, our emotions, our intention and attention. It lives through our societies, family units, stories and religions. In trees, water, food, and dirt. It is infinitely small and infinitely large. It is in the planets and stars. It lives in the visible and invisible, it lives in the inbetween. “Energy is the medium of the universe.” And we are constantly relating with, through, and from it.

So how could I come up with something concise for you? I think if anything- a poem might do it best, a gesture or dance, a tone or sound… Because it also IS it. This newsletter now, is and has energy. My words may evoke an energy in you that travels and moves, and who knows how these words truly came to me?

I can offer you an invitation to notice your energetic experiences, I can tell you everyone can feel energy- whether that is the warmth of the sun, the breath, or the subtle movement of the vibrations themselves that are underlying all of manifest creation….

You are energy, I am energy. We are all part of a grand universal energy field that is indescribable. Yet also simple. There, there it is now.
