Stone Eldership
At Bryce Canyon
Beyond Ancient we pass like the idea of an exhale.
Do we tickle your rock spirit like a loosely captured image of a dream?
How many people walk your walls shedding their lives, like vapor rising?
Unfathomable how the life of a tree is half a blink of an eye to you.
Like the Red Rocks of Sedona
I am comforted to know you're here-
To know I can lean back into your stone eldership
Yet you have no desire or capacity to bend to my moods, will or words.
I cannot manipulate you with my desires.
You give me perspective of how fleeting and fast my life is.
So I am grateful I am spending time here in the sunshine
Gracefully encompassed by the ground that is you.
Join me for CASTING THE CIRCLE, an online workshop to embody intention for the new year.
