As in- I share the practice because I need, want, and desire it too.
Teaching makes me fully accountable for being in the practice, and that is a great joy.
Twice now, moving through the ATTUNE practice truly changed me. It aligned something in me and I would spend the rest of the day held in a certain presence and vibration.
While sometimes it was hard to get up for it, it never failed to shift me.
SO! I am offering it again! For you and for ME! And with a few adjustments..

We will go MONDAY through FRIDAY. Live class is 8- 8:30 am Pacific Time.
Recordings will be available the same day.
You can participate by recording or live, most people blend the two. Wear your PJ’s. Turn your camera off or on.
