TENDING CLASSES
Body Tending and Energy Tending
These hour long weekly classes are designed for consistent maintenance and tending to the physical and energy body, as opposed to a stand alone experience. They also work wonderful in tandem to workshops and individual sessions. Great for grounding and integration.
BODY TENDING- Tuesday 9:30-10:30 AM Thursday 9-9:50 AM
Mat based mindful movement and breath-work. Stability, stretching and gentle strengthening. Grounding and centering. Pilates influenced.
ENERGY TENDING through movement and meditation- Wednesday 12-1 pm
Group Energy Tending through movement scores and meditation. Energetic anatomy, the play of consciousness and feeling on the body, and balancing the energy field through charging and discharging will be included. We jump right in. Playful, deep, and renewing. Core energetics and dance influenced.
