Series 3 has experiential anatomy and 10 minutes or so of a dance prompt. Password is ATTUNE3

Series 2 starts with concepts and consciousness and moves into a free movement practice. Password is ATTUNE2

Most of the practices are 30 minutes, they were all offered early in the morning but you can do them at any time of day.

Journal Prompt:

Pick a part of your body to focus on, the first one that comes to mind right…NOW.

Have a conversation with that part of your body in your journal. Let is speak and let it speak to you. Do your best to let the words flow unhindered.

Now focus on the energy there, the vibrations. Describe it… what is the speed, texture, quality, timbre, color.. etc.?

What does this part of you need or want? Can your larger spacious compassionate observer be in relationship to it? Can it give it what it needs? Connect to the practice so far, are there any tools that can help? Try that now.

Let it go, say thank you. And go enjoy your day!

When you are done, call yourself to rest, release from the process until you chose to enter it again. Make sure that as you are opening deeper and deeper portals of energy and consciousness that you also intentionally close them or your energy may feel drained.
